We like to use light red such as pinot noir, grenache, or gamay in this drink. Cook Mode (Keep screen awake) Ingredients 2 ounces red wine, such as pinot noir, grenache, or gamay 1 ounce bitter aperitivo, such as Forthave Red or Aperol Orange wedge, for garnish Seltzer water Directions Fill a lowball glass with ice; pour over wine and aperitivo.
