If you're still not sure how you want to prepare your turkey, Martha has an easy—and delicious—solution. Our founder just released a classic herb-forward poultry seasoning that's perfect for flavoring your holiday roasts, and so much more.

"My Pork & Poultry Seasoning is a delightful combination of garden herbs and spices. I use it to make the most delicious Thanksgiving stuffing. Her Good Thing for Pork & Poultry seasoning consists of a delicious blend of flavorful ingredients, including wind-blown sea salt, Anatolian sage, oregano flower buds, robusta black peppercorns, limestone rosemary, and buffalo ginger.

Martha's spice blend was made in collaboration with Burlap & Barrel, a leading purveyor of single-origin spices and sugars, in celebration of her 100th book, Martha: The Cookbook. The blend is an homage to Martha's classic poultry seasoning and features spices sourced from around the world.
