Martha Reveals the Best Olive Oil Cake She Ever Had—Plus, One You Can Order Now

The episode is a conversation with entrepreneur Agatha Relota Luczo, and centers around olive oil in all of its forms, from culinary mainstay to skincare supreme. Luczo, an olive oil sommelier, has built a wellness empire out of her family farm in Sicily. Her business ventures include Bona Furtuna, a luxury olive oil label, and Furtuna Skin, a high-end skincare line that uses olive oil as its main ingredient. Naturally, the conversation made its way to recipe swapping, and before long, the duo turned to one of olive oil's most beloved byproducts: olive oil cake. "The best olive oil cake I ever had was at Valentino's house—the fashion designer," Martha recounts. "He invited me to for dinner one night, and his chef made [it.] I tried and tried to get the recipe out of him, and he wouldn't share it."
